The Railo Team has published a roadmap outlining enhancements in version 3.2 and further. As always, if there's something you'd like to see you should continue to use Railo.uservoice.com and post bugs in JIRA. If there are any questions, please post a comment or discuss issues in the Railo mailing list.
We use Uservoice.com to track feature requests. Recently, we've been getting a lot of unwanted movie spam from uservoice, so we're turning off the anonymous submission of ideas. If there's an idea that you want to pass around and don't want your name associated with it, then I suggest either sending me an email (todd @ getrailo dot org) and I'll submit it on your behalf anonymously or finding one of the many free email service out there and creating an anonymous account.
Personally, I'd rather see you involved and taking credit for ideas. :)
