Railo 3.1 Release Candiate Available

Just wanted to drop a note and inform everyone that the Railo 3.1 build is now available and entering release candidate. You can download 3.1 via getRailo.org or if you have an existing Railo admin, log in and goto Services > Update.

johan's Gravatar Services > update only works if you are running the same base version - correct? I am running 3.0.3 and Services > Update does provide upgrade to 3.1 as option.

Todd Rafferty's Gravatar That is correct. 3.0 is the old commercial version of the product. 3.1 is the open source version of the product. 3.0 does not upgrade to 3.1 via the admin panel.

1.) Shut down the server.
2.) Move the {railo install}/lib directory somewhere safe.
3.) Create a new {railo install}/lib
4.) Put all the jars from the zip file into the directory.
5.) Start up server
6.) ...
7.) Profit!

I don't know if you'll lose your settings doing this, so... attempt at your own risk.
